Required are a BSN, RN license in Georgia, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and strong leadership skills. This role partners with physicians and departments to sustain service excellence and patient safety.

Qualificações

• RN license in Georgia and current BLS/ACLS/PALS on first day of employment.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Leadership experience in emergency services or related area.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clinical/administrative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Emergency Services unit, ensuring safe patient care and service excellence.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff development to support high performance.
• Monitor clinical and operational outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and departments to optimize care delivery and resource use.
