Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN licensure in Georgia or Compact multi-state is required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage budget and drive quality outcomes.
• Desires to coach staff and lead in a collaborative, evidence-based practice environment.
