Job summary

OSF HealthCare is hiring Core Flex II Registered Nurse to provide expert nursing care across a defined market, with responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The role requires flexibility, autonomy and performance across multiple units connected to I-80 EDs.

Paid hourly with licensure-based differentiation; travel stipend and weekend differential are offered. The position demands an Illinois RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in nursing.
• Experience: 1 year in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired.
• Licensure: RN license in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, engaged nursing care across defined market/region.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Flexible assignment across I-80 EDs and potential float to busier units.
