OSF HealthCare seeks a Core Flex I Registered Nurse to provide expert nursing care across multiple departments within OSF HealthCare. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with autonomy and strong clinical judgment.

The position supports two or more departments (ICU, Stepdown, Medical/Surgical, Psychiatric, Ambulatory) at OSF St. Anthony's Health Center, a Magnet Hospital with Distinction, first designated in 2025.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in nursing.
• Experience: 1 year nursing in an acute healthcare setting.
• Licensure/Certification: Illinois RN license; BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable.
• Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills; flexible and autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care across the care continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coverage for two or more departments at OSF St. Anthony's Health Center (ICU, Stepdown, Medical/Surgical, Psychiatric, Ambulatory).
