The position requires a boarded psychiatrist with CL Psychiatry expertise, 5+ years in hospital CL practice, and strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams within a large health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency.
• Fellowship training in CL Psychiatry or Psychosomatic Medicine.
• Board certification in Adult Psychiatry; CL Psychiatry certification or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years CL Psychiatry in hospital settings; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent and oversee clinical and medical operations of the Emergency Services Division.
• Plan, build, and implement a CL service structure for select hospitals.
• Provide supervision to psychiatrists and CL staff; ensure credentialing.
• Deliver CL services on scheduled and as-needed bases; ensure documentation.
• Lead quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives; participate in meetings.
• Provide on-call coverage and clinical guidance to teams; drive strategic changes.
