Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to provide executive oversight across a multi-site emergency care network including a high-volume Main ER, a Surgical Hospital ER, and four Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs). This role manages 100+ FTEs and partners with medical directors to drive strategic growth, clinical quality, and operational performance.

• 3+ years of applicable ED leadership experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong budget forecasting, throughput optimization, and patient flow management.
• Experience with multi-site emergency care networks and medical director partnerships.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement in emergency services.
