• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months.
• STABLE; Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge for throughput and quality.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of patient care quality; collaborates on outcomes.
• Works with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies like hourly rounds and staff engagement.
