Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline or related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management services and crisis stabilization support.
• Engage Crisis clients within 24 hours using preferred contact method.
• Assist in locating housing, transportation and access to supports.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals.
