Job summary

Augusta Health Brand is seeking an Emergency Room Technician to deliver basic care based on individual patient needs. This role ensures the environment is prepared for patient care while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, current EMT certification, BLS certification, and proficiency with medical terminology. Effective communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Certification in VA-EMTBasic, EMT-Enhanced, EMTAdvanced, EMT-I, or EMT-P required.
• Must have current BLS certification.
• Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing is necessary.
