Job summary

Exceptional Healthcare Inc. is hiring ER Technicians to support physicians and nurses in our Emergency Center at New Community Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota. You will join a small, 24/7 crew and learn quickly on day one.

Responsibilities include vital signs, phlebotomy, IV starts, EKGs, point-of-care testing, wound care, and patient transport. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with room to grow and no COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years ER experience, EMT experience, or 1+ year as a CNA.
• EMT or CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Orthopedic splints and crutch fittings.

Help build our new community hospital from the ground up. Exceptional Healthcare is hiring ER Techs to support physicians and nurses in our Emergency Center, and we're staffing it from day one.

We're a small but mighty 24/7 crew. Every hand counts, so you'll learn fast and do more than hold a clipboard.

What You'll Do

• Patient care: vital signs, phlebotomy, IV starts, EKGs

• Orthopedic splints and crutch fittings
• Patient transport and procedure assistance
• Keep rooms clean and supplies stocked

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years ER experience, OR EMT experience, OR 1+ year as a CNA
• EMT or CNA certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Availability for 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
