Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Emergency Room Technician to support safe patient care in the Emergency Department. You will perform delegated tasks from the RN or Physician, assist with patient transport, run basic diagnostics, and provide clerical and cleaning support to the unit.

Ideal candidates will have EMT, MA, CNA or LPN credentials and be able to demonstrate competency in CPR, vital signs, ECG, and basic airway management, contributing to a safe and efficient clinical

Qualifications

• EMT/MA/CNA or nursing track completion at hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required at hire.
• WA-specific licensure or eligibility as applicable.
• Ability to perform delegated clinical tasks within scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing plan of care by performing delegated clinical tasks.
• Demonstrate competency in CPR, vital signs, ECG and related techniques.
• Support patient transport, lifting and unit clerical duties.
