Job summary

Mercy Health’s Queen City Medical Center in Cincinnati is seeking an ER RN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in a fast‑paced department. The shift is 12:00 pm to 12:30 am, with a 36‑hour weekly schedule and opportunities for sign‑on bonuses with prior ER experience.

Requirements include an accredited RN program (Associate or Bachelor), current state RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS (PALS preferred, ACLS/PALS within 6 months). EPIC EHR training is welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• CPR/BLS; ACLS and PALS certifications (PALS preferred at hire; ACLS/PALS within 6 months).
• One year of professional RN experience; ER/ED or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in a fast‑paced ER setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to prioritize patient needs.
• Assess patient status and develop/modify care plans as needed.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
