Qualifications

Technical Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida or eligible for compact state upon hire.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required or completed within specified time frames.

Responsibilities

Assess, identify, and prioritize patient and family needs with plan of care.
Safely deliver medications and treatments; monitor responses and document outcomes.
Perform continuous patient assessment and communicate changes to the care team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Foster effective teamwork to meet department goals.
Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
