Qualifications

• RN license in Florida or eligible compact state
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• ACLS Provider required
• PALS Provider within 90 Days required
• Non-violent crisis intervention within 90 Days required
• TNCC within 2 Years required
• Nursing knowledge and skills expected
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify, and prioritize patient and family needs; plan of care with care team.
• Safely deliver medications and treatments; monitor and document responses; follow safety protocols.
• Continuously assess patients; detect changes; communicate with care team for prompt decisions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Promote effective teamwork and contribute to department goals.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, education, and competencies; pursue professional growth.
