First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support.

Earn competitive per diem pay with Daily Pay available; evening & night shifts; Mini shifts possible; credentialing requirements and strong patient‑care focus emphasized. Local operations serving the Virginia area.

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
