Nursefinders Staffing Division is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, rapid care in a fast-paced ED. You will triage, stabilize, and treat acute conditions, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, 1+ year ER or acute care experience, BLS/ACLS certs, and comfort managing multiple patients.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room or acute care RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and/or TNCC preferred
• Strong triage, critical-thinking, and rapid decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients and shifting priorities
• Calm, confident, and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsabilidades

• Triage and assess patients presenting with acute illness or injury
• Provide rapid stabilization and emergency interventions
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments per provider orders
• Perform and assist with emergency procedures and diagnostics
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patients and families during stressful and critical situations
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and emergency department protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Conhecimentos

Active RN license

1 year ER/acute care RN experience

BLS certification

ACLS certification

PALS or TNCC preferred
