Job summary

First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from 5:00 AM-11:30 PM.

ER RN responsibilities include triage, medication administration, and coordination of care with physicians. Active RN license, 2 years ER experience, and BLS/ACLS required for credentialing and ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements and comply with policies.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care ER setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocol.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals.
• Document assessments and patient status accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and critical-care situations as needed.
• Fulfill additional RN duties within scope and facility requirements.
