Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the ED team at Mass General. The role involves 36 hours per week of straight night shifts (7p-7:30a) with weekend and holiday requirements, contributing to a high-volume, Magnet-designated ED.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Must have at least 2 years of med/surg/telemetry experience; ER experience is preferred.
• Utilize the Nursing Process for patient care delivery and management.
• Perform patient assessments and treatments per policy/procedure.
• Discharge teaching and updating patient records.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in the ED per protocol.
• Document care and maintain records accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient care plans.
