Job summary

AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA is seeking an RN for night-shift, weekend coverage. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families while ensuring safety and compliance. A strong focus on collaboration with the care team and documenting in EMR.

Minimum pay starts at $35/hour with sign-on bonus and potential raises through the Clinical Ladder. Eligible clinicians can advance per program guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN with current license and BLS certification.
• Experience in hospital/acute care settings.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop SMART care plans.
• Administer medications and perform wound care, catheterization, IV therapy.
• Educate patients and families; provide discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, social workers for coordinated care.
• Document care activities in medical records and monitor outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
