Job summary

Advocate Health’s Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This role requires ED experience, night shifts, and flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules with every 4th weekend and 3 holidays.

You will provide comprehensive patient care in a high‑volume ED, using evidence-based practice and teamwork to ensure safety and quality. Wisconsin RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or ability to obtain within stated timeframes).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in the ED using nursing process.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to ensure patient safety and positive experience.
