Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.

• ALS certification required on hire and maintained.
• PALS certification and/or ENPC required within 60 days of hire and maintained.
• CEN preferred; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) in Telemetry.
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Maintain professional nursing standards of care and privacy.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
