Corewell Health South – Lakeland Hospitals in Southwest Michigan is seeking an experienced RN to provide patient‑centered nursing care overnight in the Emergency Center St Joseph—Niles and St Joseph Hospital. The RN uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with patients and families.

Required qualifications include MI RN license, BSN within 5 years, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS/PALS with appropriate timelines, with TNCC within 2 years.

Qualifications

• RN must have MI RN license.
• BSN expected within 5 years or current enrollment in pathway toward BSN.
• ACLS/BLS within specified timeframes.
• PALS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Partner with patients/families to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Document education and learning in health records.
