You will participate in rounds, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes. The position requires nursing graduate credentials, RN licensure (TN or compact state), and CPR/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• RN license required for TN or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per medical regime and standards.
• Perform clinical rounds and ongoing assessments per policy.
• Document assessments, care plans and interventions.
• Coordinate with physicians, families and care team for discharge planning and patient education.
