Responsibilities include assisting physicians, conducting assessments, administering medications, interpreting patient data, coordinating care, and supervising other staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room Nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; AAS required, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in determining health care needs of patients.
• Perform focused and head-to-toe assessments and health histories.
• Administer prescribed medications and wound care.
• Interpret patient information and make critical decisions.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals.
• Direct and supervise care delivered by licensed and unlicensed staff.
