Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Room in Cudahy, WI. Join a Level IV trauma unit providing high-volume, fast-paced care with a strong emphasis on patient-centered outcomes.
The role requires a nursing degree, state RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Weekend and holiday rotation are included in a 0.9 FTE, full-time schedule.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
- Lead clinical decision making and ensure a safe patient environment across the continuum.
