Job summary

Parkland Health Center in Farmington, MO is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department. The role requires nursing licensure and a focus on safe, patient-centered care across the continuum.

Three 12-hour day shifts per week with opportunities for advancement through the BJC RN Career Ladder. A BSN differential applies and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Emergency Department experience preferred.
• RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Promotes patient and family centered care and education on post-treatment home care and medications.
• Ensures communication of the plan of care across the care continuum and collaborates with the interprofessional team.
