Job summary

BJC HealthCare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ED - Emergency Department in Farmington, Missouri. The role is full-time, days, with three 12-hour shifts per week across Farmington and Bonne Terre campuses. Strong ED experience preferred and RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's required.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on illness management and post-treatment home care.
• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals in partnership with the care team.
• Monitors and reports patient status and coordinates care across the continuum.
• Maintains safety and quality through adherence to standards of nursing care.
