Job summary

Inspira Health in New Jersey seeks a registered nurse for the Emergency Department. You will perform patient assessments, determine priorities, provide immediate interventions, analyze data, formulate and adjust plans of care in collaboration with medical staff, and evaluate effectiveness according to hospital policies.

Enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire is required; BSN/MSN graduates preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire
• Two years ED experience preferred for per diem positions
• Active NJ State Board of Nursing license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within specified timelines
• Trauma/critical care education as required by department

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, determines priority of care and provides immediate interventions
• Analyzes assessment data and formulates/implements plan of care in collaboration with medical staff
• Evaluates effectiveness of care in accordance with Inspira Health policies and procedures
