Job summary

First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from 5:00 AM-11:30 PM.

Competitive Per Diem Pay with Daily Pay and RapidPay Card. Evening & Night Shifts Available. Weekly Pay and locally owned with 15+ years in operation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs in fast-paced emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

ER RN Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care
