First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in Massachusetts. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from 5:00 AM-11:30 PM.

Salary is $57.65/hour with per diem benefits including daily and weekly pay options and opportunities to work as little as one shift per month.

Competenze

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Mansioni

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritise patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
