Job summary

First Choice Nurses is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem hospital assignments in Maryland. You’ll choose shifts such as 3:00 PM-11:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, with flexible scheduling and daily pay options.

As an ER RN, you’ll triage, administer treatments, and coordinate care in a fast-paced acute-care setting. Active license, 2+ years ER experience, BLS and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritise patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
