Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Summary

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute medical conditions

• Rapidly assess and prioritize patient needs in a busy emergency room environment
• Perform nursing interventions and procedures as directed by the care plan
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care instructions
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
