• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• Compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements.
