Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Summary

• Serve as a critical member of the emergency department healthcare team, providing direct patient care in urgent and emergent situations.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care plans and provide education as needed.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Comply with facility protocols, standards, and regulations to ensure a safe and effective clinical environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, skills development, and certification maintenance.
