• Conduct rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as required.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Assist with triage, resuscitation, wound care, and other emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards.
• Maintain up-to-date licensing and certifications as required by the facility and state regulations.
