Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an RN for the ED on a 13-week travel assignment at La Porte Hospital, IN. You will work days, 12 hours, with a schedule of 6:45A–7:15P, and may float to nearby facilities as needed.

Requirements include Indiana RN licensure, ACLS/BLS/PALS, de-escalation training and 1–2 years ER experience. An immediate start is expected with full compliance and readiness to travel from beyond 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED nursing care in a fast-paced rural ED.

Requirements

• **RN IN licensure

• APPROVED ORIENTATION DATES: Dependent on years of experience
• NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 23 beds
• PATIENT RATIO: Possibly 4 or 5:1
• SCRUB COLOR: navy blue
• TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED
• MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID
• TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY - LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
