Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the state board.
- Preceptor license preferred or ability to obtain preceptor license.
Responsabilités
- Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Participate in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
- Process orders and dispense medications per policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to department education goals.
- Enhance efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy processes to improve patient safety and outcomes.
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and distributive programs.
