Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certification as Paramedic in the State of Florida.
• Specialty certifications required upon hire: BLS; ACLS.
• One year Paramedic experience required.
• Graduate from an approved Paramedic Program with a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under physician orders.
• Reports all clinical and psychosocial findings to the RN and ED Attending.
• Supports nursing staff and ED team to meet patient care standards.
• Adheres to hospital policies and patient safety protocols.
