Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, NIH Stroke Scale, and TNCC certifications must be obtained within specified timelines.
• RN license (RN) and appropriate degree(s) are required.
• Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience.
• Ability to educate patients and families about conditions, plans and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote effective pain management.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and care per physician orders; document promptly.
• Respond to patient needs and anticipate requests to deliver exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
