Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited college required.
• NIH Stroke Scale training required.
• Successful completion of annual mandatory education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care specific to the age of the customer/patient.
• Perform an initial and ongoing assessment for patient’s nursing care needs.
• Develop/review/revise and individualize the plan of care.
