Required CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI training within three months of hire, and at least six months of nursing experience; external candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or above.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License.
• Current BLS Provider.
• Current ACLS.
• Current PALS.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Training within three (3) months of hire or transfer.
• Six (6) months nursing experience.
• External candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or above.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Float to other areas outside of expertise with orientation and competency-based adjustments.
• Demonstrate clinical competency and skills for general and specialty populations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the health care team.
