Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics (GMHC) seeks a Full-Time Emergency Room/Med-Surg Registered Nurse to join our dedicated night-shift team. New graduates and experienced RNs are welcome, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

This full-time night-shift position features rotating weekends and holidays, including every 12th weekend. Jump Start eligible, with a program offering financial support for nursing students preparing to begin careers at GMHC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current RN license with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for Iowa licensure.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families and communicate observations to providers.
• Ability to document patient information and carry out orders.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP certifications desired.

Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics (GMHC) is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Room/Med-Surg Registered Nurse to join our dedicated and compassionate night-shift team.

Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced RN, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build and expand your nursing skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals while caring for a diverse patient population in both the Emergency Room and Med-Surg setting. New nurses will benefit from mentorship, hands-on experience, and opportunities for continued professional growth.
