Qualifications

• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification required within six months of employment in the specialty.
• BLS certification required during orientation.
• Current state nursing license needed.
• TNCC required or to be obtained within 18 months of employment.
• De-escalation training required (CPI) within six months of employment.
• Prefer one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients according to facility policies.
• Leads and supports the healthcare team professionally.
