Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Porter Medical Center to provide coverage between the Emergency Room and Express Care departments. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week exempt position scheduled in 10-12 hour shifts, days only, with some weekends required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and work well autonomously.

Facility and Services

• Emergency Department with 10-12 beds and approximately 10,000 visits annually
• Admission/transfer rate of 12%
• In-house support from subspecialties including OB, Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Urology, and non-invasive Cardiology
• Hospitalist service for adult admissions
• LTC/Post-Acute Rehab facility on campus
• Radiology services including 24/7 CT, on-call ultrasound, and weekday MRI
• Seamless EMS protocols for rapid transfer of critically ill patients

Salary range: $118,199.57 - $165,479.40
