Base pay range

$34.24/hr - $45.75/hr

Position Details:

  • Full-Time – Nights (7P - 7A) – Rotating Weekends (2 Weekends per Month/ Friday - Sunday)
  • Differential: Nights: $3.75, Weekends: $6.00
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (Must Be Over 50 Miles from Facility)
Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Clinical Nurse Coordinator responsible for directing and coordinating all functions in the unit during designated shifts, under the supervision of the unit's director.
  • Collaborate with management to assess and improve patient care quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess, monitor, record, and report patient symptoms or changes.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and records.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify care plans based on patient responses.
  • Delegate nursing tasks safely while maintaining accountability for patient care.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care continuum.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards in patient care.
Qualifications:
  • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications within 1 year of employment.
  • CPI certification within 6 months of employment.
  • Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including ICU or Psych; ER experience preferred.
  • Prior Charge Nurse experience preferred.
  • Trauma experience is a plus.

  • Level III Trauma Center with 22 beds per unit.
  • Handles up to 166 patients daily.

  • Charting system: MediTech (prior experience not required).
