Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program or education equivalency for licensing.
- RN licensure for applicable states.
- BLS HCP, ALS/ENPC/NRP/PALS/TNCC or ENPC/NRP Essentials certifications as required.
Responsibilities
- Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation.
- Triages patients using age-appropriate, culturally sensitive practices.
- Assesses data to determine diagnoses or issues and plans care.
- Implements and coordinates care and educates to promote safety.
- Evaluates progress and communicates effectively within the team.
- Demonstrates professional leadership and evidence-based practice.
