Emanate Health is seeking an Emergency Services RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for acutely ill or injured patients across diverse settings. The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, patient education, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality care.

Requirements include CA RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 3 months. Priority is given to candidates with ER experience, CEN, NIH Stroke Scale, and the ability to work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• BRN-approved pediatric education within 6 months of hire date and annually thereafter.
• May attend EDAP/ENPC course every 4 years (QVH Only).
• New Grad RN Program for new graduates and nurses new to the U.S. healthcare system.
• ACLS and PALS within 3 months of hire.
• Assaultive Behavior Training AB508/SB1299 within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification "A" within 3 months of hire/transfer.
• Stroke education 8 hours annually for QVH staff.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Current California RN license, BLS required.
• CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in acute/urgent settings.
• Provide education and referrals; coordinate with teams for emergency care.
