UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to work nights in the UCHlth Metro Float Pool. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $35.29–$54.71, with an additional Night Shift Incentive of $1,600 quarterly for full-time night shift staff.

On-site role with no remote options, 72 hours per pay period, and a schedule that supports patient care across emergency department services.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire; TNCC or ATCN within 6 months of hire.
• Trauma-focused certifications including PALS, NIHSS and related trauma care.
• BLS certification current and valid through start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintains safety and quality at the point of care and supports continuous learning.
