Qualifications

• Licensed RN credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Graduate of an approved professional RN nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of a multidisciplinary plan of care.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy.
• Asses and respond to acute changes in condition.
• Collaborate with case managers for discharge planning.

Education

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing

Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Graduate of an approved professional (RN) nursing program
