Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Restoration Technician to join a team performing emergency services and contents restoration while following safety policies and regulations. The role requires after-hours and weekend availability for emergency responses and travel to job sites as needed.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma, 2–4 years construction experience on water/fire damage projects, and OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification; bilingual Spanish encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• ,Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites.
• Must pass OSHA/HazWOPER medicals and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform content restoration on residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with inventory, setup equipment, and preparing contents for storage.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE during cleanup.
• Operate tools and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Work at high elevations and handle hazardous materials.
• All other duties as assigned.
